How do I book a tour with Marrakech Tours Direct?
Send us a WhatsApp message with the tour, your date, the number of guests and your hotel or riad. We confirm availability and the pickup time, usually within minutes.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No, for most day trips you pay on the day in cash or by card link. Balloon flights and multi-day desert tours need a 30% deposit because we reserve baskets, camps and hotels for you.
Is hotel pickup included?
Yes. Pickup and drop-off are included from any hotel or riad in Marrakech, the medina, Gueliz, Hivernage and the Palmeraie. In the medina, where cars cannot enter, we meet you at the nearest square.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before day trips and activities, and up to 48 hours before balloon flights and multi-day tours.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. A private transfer between Marrakech Menara airport and your hotel costs from £15 / $19 per car for up to 3 people, with meet and greet at arrivals.
Which tour is best for a short stay?
With one free afternoon, choose the Agafay desert sunset tour. With one full day, choose Ourika or Imlil in the Atlas Mountains. With an early start, the balloon flight is the most memorable.
